Ankit, the plan is very simple. You have to find ways and means of taking the 2 kgs of milk every day in whatever form you desire be it curd, paneer, milk shake, protein shake, mango shake, plain cold milk, rohafza shake, hot milk, .....whatever. And at each meal first take the milk or its products and then if there is space take a little of other things, but small quantities only for taste. As you said if you take the milk youu would be full. That is the point. stick to the milk for a month and see the difference. Avoid totally roti/bread/rice the staple foods. Do not take the oats/cornflakes/porridge etc. more

Thanks Mr. Suri for your valuable advice. I must admit that indeed it is a unique one. Never heard that one needs to take 2 ltrs of double toned milk in a day. And that too spread over entire day. So what you suggest is say for breakfast lets have half litre milk with oats . Then for lunch half litre with corn flakes , then evening can have simple plain milk and for dinner half litre with brown bread or muesli. And what about vegetables and everything to be included in the diet . As half litre of milk with any of the above will make one full and not much chance to have anything else. Please do let me know what you think. more

Ankit, if you want to reduce without pains.....then follow the following diet for a month and you shall see the change.......... Take 2 kgs of double toned milk every day in nay form, paneer, curd,shake,cold, hot.....in each of the meal you take. Say you are having four meals breakfast/lunch/evening tea and dinner. So divide the 2 kgs into four viz. half kg each in any form. First take this half kg of milk in each meal and then take anything else that is there to take just for taste. Your FARM like body shall return to the FORM like body. I have done it and it works.....and you get all proteins etc. If you take eggs, try and take 2 eggs a day at any time ... preferably boiled. TRY IT. IT WORKS. more

Hi Ankit,I have no idea about your age and weight,the two fundamental input for deciding a program,even so,at any age minimum 40 mins brisk walk, 20 mins.
