Building Cleanliness into Housing Design & Construction

1. Eco-pot gardens should be made in all new constructions
2. Bio-pathogen free toilets should be built
3. Water from these toilets could be used for plants and trees
4. Planned sewage systems should be laid to reduce overflow and choking
5. Storm water drains to accommodate monsoon rain water should be a necessity
6. It could be made compulsory for all societies to have a cleaning service agency or employee(s) responsible and all tenants occupant share monthly costs
7. Segregation of waste at source should be made compulsory
8. In societies, dustbins should be placed strategically after every 100 meters

Junk : things worth nothing, or unused. Collection of such junk items makes garbage, huge collection of which requires cleaning. This can be avoided by re-dumping such junk. In present case like this junk message. We are trying to transform India by sending such boosting message. But we are making a garbage by re-sending such message again and again. Which also requires cleaning. Now you can also clean India by avoid re-sending such junk message. Thanks ! Jai Hind !!! more
Waste management is effective when the disposal plan is pucca, otherwise everything is mess. How to collect garbage cycle or recycle but disposal of this is still slow and not technical more
1.When buildings(especially multi-storied) are constructed , the structure should be covered so that the dust generated from the construction does not spread around . A Regulatory control in this regard could enforce the implementation. 2. All the reject from the Construction like the cement bags, polythene covers, wood , nails , broken concrete , bricks , fine and coarse aggregate should be thrown in a designated place in the construction area. A Regulatory control in this regard could enforce the implementation. more
First of all proper road with pavement proper sewage ,toilet.garbage container these facility demand iIndia .for long time no any such facility more
This is very important for the country but our civil engineers are yet not ready for it. It is worth mentioning our roads cannot sustain even one rain and get spoiled. Why so? Because the designing is not proper, roads should be designed in such a way that water may not stay on them even for few minutes. This water on roads could also be harvested to set examples. I agree that solar energy should also be harvested from all roofs but are government offices harvesting? Why not? We need to set examples before advising. I keep advising speak truth but if I speak lie will somebody follow me? ? more
