Not only institutions. You know how the government employees are making money? All tenders are quoted with 20% cutting to government employees. Say for example, for laying road, the contractor quote will be as below. The total cost of the work is Rs100 including the profit for the contactor. He is giving Rs 120 as his quote. For getting that contract work from government, he has to pay this excess Rs 20 in advance to the officer in cash. The work will be awarded to the contractor. Now how this Rs 20 is coming into account. There are thousands and lacs of contract works are there in india. As a corruption circle team, what is our plan to crush this. more

Practically and factually there is NO sector away from the Corruption and Black money including the very Govt. officials. (Except the exceptions). Now the latest trend is graft by cheques in the name of relatives and the payee is supposed to get it return within SIX months or earlier i.e. no-sooner he will arrange the cash in NEW NOTES. This is the system. Only remedy is to speedup the process Social Justice. more

Biggest lot of black money lying embedded in the real estates / housing complexes , health care institutions and education institutions. In Mohali area alone there is huge chunk of such illegal investment. I feel no body will ever be able to assess the value of such black money. more
