PM Office has provided a platform to bypass the bureucraftic hurdles to forward views at the highest levels. There is need to ensure that the issues raised are addressed in a best possible manner to make meaningful change in the system or address the grievances.

PMO has to be more realistic and practical in resolving public grievances rather than simply forwarding the grievances to concerned authorities and forwarding the response from such authorities to the citizen. PMO should ensure that the response is not routine answer or taking shelter of technical reasons to prove that authorities are not at fault.
Similarly for suggestions, it should be ensured that suggestion is discussed in a forum rather than forwarding to the concerned person.
