11019 Mumbai CST-Bhubaneswar Express Train

1. We four are travelling in AC 3 tier and seats were at scattered. We requested the TTE travelling from Secunderabad to Vijayawada. Although he adjusted us in one place, but did not correct in the reported chart causing inconvenience. We had to approach again to the next TTE for further re-adjustment.
2. Catering service (food) is very bad. Lunch we have taken @ Rs. 100/- and for dinner, we had to depend on food stall at Visakhapatnam @Rs. 80/-, which is far better.

This is only daily train from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar. Timing is very good & punctual. I have below concerns regarding this train.
1. Catering food quality is very bad & high price, specially the way they serve & spoon provided very low quality.
2. Clearness is just OK & need to improve more while running.
3. AC couch quality is very poor & need immediate maintenance.
4. Attendants are not that much good & not available for service all the time.
