11020 Bhubaneswar-Mumbai CST Express Train

The train for a long time was under the category of Super Fast Express. But it is now travelling as ordinary express. By increasing the speed and minimising the stoppage time the train can be popularised.
The timing of start should be 5 p.m. while starting from Bhubaneswar.

Till another train is provided, this is one of the crowded train from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai. The quality of the food supplied by the pantry needs to be improved. Tea coffee is provided with biscuit to make it round Rs. 10/-. Let the rate be revised to Rs. 10/- with improved quality of Tea/ coffee. Pot teas (without sugar) is not provided even on request/ indent. Hand tawels are only provided on demand/ request. Cleaning of the coach and latrine needs to be improved.
The speed can be improved or departure time can be pre-poned to reach Secunderabad by 9.30 am, so that office can be attended and on return the train may reach Secunderabad by 10 am so that it can reach Bhubaneswar next day by 6 am.
