12001 Habibganj-New Delhi Shatabdi Express

1. train is clean always.
2. checking staff is good more often.
3. catering staff and food is very bad , often not eatable and below standard quality food.

The First Shatabdi in India , but nothing is appreciable, Train Cleanness, Food quality, service, in between serving cold drink or tea coffee, missing after extending to it up to Habibganj its late almost 85 % time on both side running. Time to reach New Delhi is very late and for further commutation need to depend on extra pay out to Autos / Taxi .
Why it was extended up to Habibganj when rly can't assure on time service such important train, it's only? ????????

1. Cleanliness of coaches, toilets and vestibules - less said the better

2. Food - AWEFUL in capitals

3. Pantry Staff - needs immediate change or intensive training to deal with passengers

4. One can have the same food menu years on, if one is a regular traveller by this train.

5. As the train enters New Delhi Rly Stn, ragpickers start entering the coaches to collect bottles and leftovers. Many a times passengers find their luggage missing.

6. Porters (Coolies) / Taxi Drivers / Auto Rickshaw fellows all act like they have the right to fleece passengers.

7. Coaches need to be checked immediately for the passengers do not have a comfortable or smooth journey but many a times get scared due to high noise and jerks.
