Very good train runs on time food quality very good

I had a chance to travel through the train recently. The glasses were broken hidden with tape and we are talking about bullet trains. C5 coach on 5th February 2016. Battery charger was not working. Waiters do expect tips despite service charges being charged. They are in a hurry to serve the food without giving any gap between the rounds.

I had a chance to travel on 3rd August 2016. The glasses were taped. The serving of food was in most unscientific manner. The dishes were being served just to show that they are in a hurry to get off. Despite curd being part of the dinner was not served. Train reached late by 40 minutes and 40 minute late at night is of very crucial. .
