Compartments need more care. Train is mostly late, but the running time can be definitely reduced

The toilets are awful in the c hair car.Water availability very poor. The toilets are stinking. Mr. Suresh Prabhu, I have high regard for your sincerity hard work knowledge and intelligence and low key approach! But the travelling public will want visible improvements.Your limitation is clearly the laziness ,'devil may care' approach of your highly inefficient and corrupt staff from top to bottom.YOU MUST ACT FAST.Getting new racks or bio toiets is very good but who is going to maintain these?. The railway employees do not consider themselves as service providers but as 'Sarkari Afsars' Situation is the same as in P&T departments of yore when one had to beg and TIP the maintenance employees to set right the telephone connection! With privatisation ,the govt companies are closing down and the customers are well served. Mr. Prabhu,pl take courage and fight for privatisation of some of the services if not the whole railways!

Poor maintenance of compartments,especially toilets.Dirty place where the food is stored in the compartments.Needs
more attentions on these matters.
