Quite good in every respect. catering staff good & co-operative may be due to less passengers . Two major suggestions.. when starts from Agra Forte as snacks with tea or coffee some better snacks may be given than a routine snack as "DAL KACHOURI" . source of dal kachouri one has to rely. Secondly it should have Idgha Railway station as stoppage so that passengers who planned to catch any connecting train from Agra Cannt, may get down here and in just 15 to 20 minutes they can reach Agra Cantt. Suggestion of my friend to extend it up to Gwalior not wel-come as than Train may start running late on both side, As on date Jaipur-Agra-Jaipur Shatabdi runs almost 95 % on time, many of time even before for reaching Jaipur and passenger keeps on waiting at Gandhinagar .

I am sure Railways are aware that :
a) this is a smaller train (both in terms of distance travelled and number of coaches);
b) the passenger strength on this train is approximately 60 - 70% only
To highlight, most people in Jaipur and Agra are unaware of such a train operating in the first place.
This should be infact Jaipur - Agra Fort / Cantt - Gwalior Shatabdi Express on a daily basis. The present distance is just 241 kms. and extending upto Gwalior would make it 359 kms either side. A big impediment in smooth operating of present train (19665 / 19666) is at IDGAH which should be removed immediately.
Cleanliness and food is okay.
Railways should look into proper information dissemination regarding the operation of this train and extend it to Gwalior.
