Quality of food is terrible. Catering staff is shit.

This is an excellent service. But the rush entering N.D. station is formidable, and if you come beack late at night back from Chandigarh, it is a struggle to get out of N.D. station.
As it is at ground floor level platform, no luggage has to be taken up and down stairs, easier on your and coolies back and arms.
Rating is 6, would be 9 if the access to entry and exit is better.
