12213 Yesvantpur -Delhi Sarai Rohilla Duronto Express

I travel frequently in ACI by this train from bangalore.Till the train reaches NZM it runs fine with good facilities.Very bad about this train is that it takes 2 hours to reach sarai Rohilla and it never stops on platforms bt stops on track where one cannot get down.Railways rarely seems botherd to maintain punctuality.How stupid it sounds that it takes 2 hours( without fail every time I travelled) to reach DEE at 9AM.Is it not a matter of shame ? for railways .when can we expect timely arrival at DEE .I opted for this train because Karnata ex journey experience has gone from bad to worse in all aspects.no timely tea/food/cleanliness/peaceful time in journey.5 trains leave from bangalore to delhi on saturday .All seem to be in same state except Rajdhani.
