Nicely kept train, on time and good food. Improvements can be done by way of automatic doors and smoke alarms. Passengers have been noted to keep doors open at times and some have also smoked in the toilets. Overall the service is good.

Train no 12027 Chennai bangalore shatabdi express

The train is always late by 45 minutes to one hour. The train never reaches in time. Even brindavan Express, Double decker express and labagh express reaches in time . I do not understand the reason for charging higher fare when it never reaches with in the allotted 5 hours and reaches in 6 hours . Moreover, the platform no is changed from 1 to 2 at the bangalore cantonment station in the last minute on many occasions causing considerable hardship to passengers
