Food is a suspect most of the time.My last complaint is still pending.Needs better monitoring to retain its status.

Dirty coaches, food quality needs upgradition

one of the best trains in India. You travel 1st AC and feel like a King. The service and the quality both are upto mark....

2nd AC coach condition is not good. Cleanliness was not maintained very well. In my journey, a binbag was provided for disposing wastes but quality of that was very bad as it was teared from the base when we put something on it. Idea of providing bin dag was good but execution was not right. Thanks.

Punctuality and food is maintained but Wi-Fi regularity is not maintained.
