Pathetic, Ugly and stinking train

Once upon a time Kalka Mail is being treated as a Super Car. But nowadays, look what happens...........
For the last 2 years, the trains CNB - DOS it takes more than 4 - 6 hours extra over the scheduled time.
The food quality supplied by Pantry car is very bad and the rate is much more than the approved rate. If you ask for the bill a duplicate bill will come to you in which there is a number in the bill but in the carbon copy (which retained to the supplier) there is not any number.
They does not provide any complain book. If you forced them, they will provide a single page complain book which is not the approved copy of Complaint Book as the original complaint book consists of 4 pages.
The RPF and TTE are busy to collect money from WL passengers and does not try to detrain the WL passengers.
