Very good service. 90 per cent punctuality. Food is hygienic, but expensive, because many costlier items have been withdrawn from menu w.e.f. August 1, 2018, but passengers are charged, as before. Rats and mouses are also occasionally seen traveling with us. Announcement is made that Mob. no. of Supervisor will be announced, but it is never done.

train is dirty. food given is of below standard of rajdhani express.

trains are not clean, not maintained at all by northern railway as the coaches are of poor condition from inside. I feel this train is to be maintained by South Eastern Railway instead of Northern Railway as the train halts for 1 night in Ranchi. This train is only setting an example about Indian mentality but also setting an example for poor growth after somany decades of experience.
