12441 Bilaspur -New Delhi Rajdhani Express

Old Rack,cleanliness,quality of lunch and dinner are main problems apart from this train mostly arrive late at New Delhi Rly Station.

i have traveled once from NDLS to BPL by 2nd AC.
1.The train has an old rake for which railways should take action.
2. Linen not clean
3. Food was big problem. Service was very poor . Dinner served almost by 9pm. Ice cream came by 10pm. It was completely liquid, and that too without a spatula to scoop. On inquiry the pantry car staff had cheek of saying to scoop from fingers!!. As I find difficulty in drinking water directly from bottle and requested a paper cup, i was told no spare cups can be provided!

This train I traveled once from Nagpur to New Delhi in First AC. The first A coach was also not cleat linen was not up to the mark. It was old coach. Problem of cockroach and rats is common in all the trains. These insects damage passenger luggage. Food continues to be problem not in First AC but in other class.
