S.M.Ashraf For the last one we travel every month between Ranchi and New Delhi. Very good service. 90 per cent punctuality. Food is hygienic, but expensive, because many costlier items have been withdrawn from menu w.e.f. August 1, 2018, but passengers are charged, as before. Rats and mouses are also occasionally seen traveling with us. Announcement is made that Mob. no. of Supervisor will be announced, but it is never done.
