Few days back I was travelling from Bhubaneswar to Howrah and I enquired about a sugarless tea or a pot tea. The supplier immediately answered that there is not such provision in the train.
When many passengers are suffering from Diabatics, is not wise to have a provision of sugarless tea for such passengers at the same cost, (even if you save the cost of sugar) ????
As I was in need of a cup of tea, I had to approach the Pantry Manager, who obliged me by providing me with a sugar less tea. Will the Railway authorities look into the matter ???
