Train is clean but toilets still dirty.
some passengers are bringing too much luggage and stowing away the same under seats of other passengers and in the passage, making it crowded and like unreserved coach.
food served is not up to the mark, lot of food is thrown away by passengers and wasted.
the pantry car attendants expect to be tipped for services and pass a tray with saunf etc so that passengers can put money in the trays. If you do not tip them, they look at you angrily

Mostly on time a good train. Food served needs improvement. Breakfast quality and quantity both is very poor.  Pantry car is very dirty. The trays in which food is served is not washed or cleaned. Train is cleaned properly. Linen and bed roll is very poor. Pillow has practically n is non existent.
