14712 Shri Ganganagar-Rishikesh Express Train

I am a regular traveler on this train14712/14711 and train no 14732/14731 where the same rake is used by the railways. The condition of A/C chair car coach is pathetic or if there is any word below this it can be used for the state of the coach. Seats ar broken beyond repair. Repair is shoddy and many a times sharp edges are protruding from repairs which has hurt when people try to move fast. The cloths get entangled and are torn. Food trays are missing, Upholstery is worse, which makes the seats highly uncomfortable. Hope some officalof railways look into this seriously and make the improvements.
