18304 Puri-Sambalpur Express Train

The train runs as intercity and travels up and down, totalling 800 KMs. Many people depends on this train, but regularly the reaches the destination about one hour late. On 27.07.2019, I am was travelling and it is observed that there was no pantry and the outside hawkers were not permitted to enter the train. Many people were searching for tea and snacks, but there was no provisions.
