12428 Delhi-Rewa Super Fast (?) express

Let Railways publish no. of days this train has run as per schedule. Can railways be petitioned to stop charging super fast charge because this charge is being levied without giving promised service.

The food quality is not maintained. The revival of the caterer - contract should be viewed seriously to improve the food quality and cleanliness.

I have not used up til now so can't rate I supposed should be five stars.

To improve cleanliness, maintenance, food quality. All this can be done by train superintendent but he does not do it.

I normally travel in AC chair car in 14711,14731, and return also. The condition of seats is bad and many a times our clothes get entangled in repaired seats and are torn. The condition of tray at the back of front seat is so bad that if you try to keep a cup of tea it has chances of falling on you. Same is with the toilets also. No soap is made available and if some liquid soap is there, it is more water that any soap. The dust bins provided outside the compartment are not useable at all. The coaches do need either proper overhauling or replacement.
