I too agree with you brother. Making journey with this train is really horrible.The train reaches at either end at least with delay of 4 hours. Moreover, the train maintenance is really poor.You cannot expect cleaning staff, soap solutions in the toilet, spray in the compartment, etc. I have raised complaint both on indian railways online system and on directorate of public grievance. But the pathetic condition of train never improved. The complaint is getting close without taking actions and by writing beautiful words that it is directed .... It is quite surprising that railway is increasing fare day by day in the name of passengers amenities, but never implement it on ground.

Train Nos 12947 & 12948 Azimabad Express From Ahmedabad to PATNA travelling time is more than 30 hrs which is without pantry car.Passengers are suffering for snacks and tea and quality water bottle.However lunch and dinner can be outsourced but tea and quality water bottle are the need for passengers.If these are arranged by railways passengers will be at ease and comfortable.
However majority of time this train reach Patna jn too late and no action taken so far against Danapur division ECR staff.RAILWAYS AUTHORITY NEED TO FOCUS ON ITS PUNCTUALITY TO REACH PATNA NJ .Also iits coaches are outdated need to provide refurbished or new generation coach .
Railways need to focus on enhancing its speed so that travelling time cut down from 30 hrs to 10 hrs.

Ahmedabad division should focus to originate this train from Platform Nos 1 and also it should be received in on platform nos 1 only.
If one new train like Humsafar provided between AHMEDABAD to PATNA will be great help to the majority of passengers travelling from west to east India.

Train No 19019/19020 is the worst train run from Dehradun-Bandra -Dehradun is worst train. It takes 10 hrs in 290 km
