Cleaning is not consistent, at times it is cleaned properly and promptly... at times not ! Cleaning after serving of meals is not prompt, plates lying on the floor, makes the coaches dirty !

I would like Indian railway stations and the railways to be at par with the Uropeon standards

Trains are good and in keeping time, though there are some delays, which is not a big things on running a huge net work. Bad part is the cleaning of the boggies. More care may be give to cleaning of toielts, seats and the window sills etc.

12770 Seven Hills Express between Secunderabad and Tirupati.The windows in A.C compartments are not properly packed leadng to leakage of rain water when it rains. Whole compartment gets wet and passengers' belongings are getting wet.(I travelled in A.C Three Tier).I dont know whether there is any checking of the coaches for such problems.

very bad and not only setting an example about Indian mentality but also setting an example for poor growth after somany decades of experience.
