Cleanliness of latrines and supply of water is poor. The pantry boy starts collecting tips before end of the journey, on the ground that they are less paid.

I have regularly traveled by this train both in AC first and 2nd.AC .
1. Cleanliness in AC 1st is OK but in AC 3 tier I have noticed it to be poor.
2. food in 1st AC is good but not at all OK in 2nd AC. Service is tardy and needs reminders for even the first water bottle.
3. train can be speeded up easily by at least 60 min as it has an unannounced regular halt of 30-45 min at Gomoh junction, where it reaches by 7.55-8.00 pm and leaves only behind HWH and Sealdah rajdhani by 8.45pm. There is no justification for this. It can start 30 later from BBS itself. ALso, it can be routed directly from Hijli so that there is no need to reverse the train at KGP.
