Comments based on 2A class travel: 1. All the rakes of two NDLS_BBS Rajdhani are very old. There is need to replacement. Toilets are in very bad shape. Pockets are removed. Some Plug sockets are loose and not usable for charging mobiles. Lights for reading are not working.....
2. Food supplied is not up to mark. Daal and Paneer vegetables are watery. Paranthas are burnt.... Curd is supplied on demand.....Ice creams are not supplied because these were melted....
3. I have a feeling that water is mixed in daal and paneer to increase the quantity. Less quantity is supplied by kitchen.... The Daal and paneer supplied in 1A class is of good quality (not watery).
4. Feedback forms are supplied but I guess that feedback with negative remarks are submitted to IRCTC by Catering Manager. Hence, food is fine in the train.
5. Feedback form should be available on mobile and to be submitted online to IRCTC directly linked to PNR.
6. During online booking on iRCTC, user could be asked if he/she can be volunteer to give feedback online on mobile about the coach, services, food, etc in structured manner. Online form could be supplied to them on their registered mobile. No information should be given to Railway operational people about such passenger......
