2423 Dibrugarh Town-Guwahati Rajdhani Express

Most horrible experience with 12424..
Bogie was full of wait listed passengers..
Please remove the tag of Rajdhani from 12424 or restore it's status..

Too many waitlisted passengers travel everyday and TTE heartily allows by grabbing money. These waitlisted passengers are mainly found in 3rd AC coaches and the block the gate of sleep on floors. I had a reservation in B4 and had to get on B2 to reach there. The train also runs very dirty. Kindly do something for Guwahati Rajdhani.

I have traveled from Bareilly to Delhi only by this train several times.
1. Food is not up-to the mark. Probably loaded from base kitchen at Lucknow
2. Cleanliness is really poor. No proper cleaning by staff and a lot of used water bottles & empty cans lying on floor is common.
3. Train punctuality is usually very good except that often train gets halted on the outer of Moradabad junction or a station before it.

NOT AT ALL  UPTO  MARK.  SHOULD NOT BE CALLED  RAJDHANI EXPRESS. COACHES  ARE VERY OLD .DIRTY  CABINS.FOOD IS ALSO  NOT GOOD. STAFF NOT POLITE ETC
