The company has announced sales discount of 50% on the products. Each product has been displayed with a price tag termed as MRP inclusive of sales tax, VAT and all other charges which is as per Packaged Commodities Rules of Govt. of India. Since MRP is inclusive of MRP therefore the 50% of MRP is also inclusive of VAT. Surprisingly the counters charge VAT extra at the time of billing. Charging of VAT on 50% discounted prices is illegal as it is already built in the prices. On a complaint, the show room was challaned once. Shockingly the company continue to violate the packaged commodity rules and charge VAT on the discounted prices. In view of the illegal business practice of the company, the business is being rated as average. Surprisingly the company has not provided its corporate office address.
