Guaranteed damage to goods

Agarwal Packers and Movers of DRS Logistics at Lucknow are BIG CHEATS. I hired their services for local shifting of my household belongings for a distance of only 3 kms across a railway crossing/road on 18/03/2016 for which they charged Rs 12000/-, almost double the charges of their local peers.
Believing in the big name of this brand, I engaged them for shifting my household goods in safe and sound condition but when they started packing, it was a horrifying experience for me and my daughter. Their workers pounced on our household items like hooligans and packed everything in a hurry and mishandled electronic items too. They brought a lot of packing material with them but did not use it to pack most of our goods and dragged them directly into the van. Similarly, they dumped goods at destination dragging from the lift into my apartment instead of carefully lifting the goods.
Next day we noticed that most of our electronic goods like 25 " screen TV ,computer and wooden furniture like Dining table top etc were badly damaged. We even noticed later that they had mentioned "105 packages" in the bill for which they took Rs.12000/- whereas there were hardly 25 packages!!! Fake quantity of packages was mentioned obviously to justify excess charge from customer and to issue excess packing material from company's store and sell it anywhere else for personal gains.
I immediately contacted Mr Pradip Mondal who had submitted quotation and later supervised packing and transportation of my good.He said he would come for survey.When he did not come for 2-3 days I contacted him again. This time he started shirking responsibility saying that he was from marketing department and the 4 packers involved in the job did not listen to him.He also told that packing material not utilised in my goods, and thus saved was not even returned by them to company's store.He asked me to write to his company's management in this regard.I thereafter contacted Customer Care number from where contact number of Mr Neeraj Sharma, Manager at Lucknow was given.It was assured that my complaint would be resolved at his level.When contacted by me Mr Neeraj Sharma asked me to send my address to him through SMS and told me that he would come to my place with Mr Pradip Mondal within 2 days. It is now going to be one week but their is no message even from his level.

AGRAWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS ARE WORST LOGISTIC COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DO ANY SERVICE AS PER AGREEMENT. WHILE LOADING CONSIGNMENT THEY PROMISE AND THE SKY AND WHILE DELIVERY WE HAVE TO DIG THE BURIAL TO FIND THE SKELETIONS. THEY ALSO LOOT THE GOODS IN TRANSIT WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO THE PACKINGS AS IF EVERY THING IS INTACT. THEIR CALL CENTER DO NOT HEAR TO THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT.
