Booked my house hold goods in very good condition for transfer to varanasi. But the materials received in damaged condition at Varanasi. I had asked for compensation / repair the damaged materials. But they have neither compensate nor repair any damaged materials though they assured to do so at the time of receive the materials to me. Though it was insured by them. worst service ever i saw.

Worst than ever i saw

We had engaged Aggarwal Packers and Movers for local shifting (DRS Group). They sent a team of only 3 employees as against the assurance of 8 employees. The belongings could not be packed in two days time because of very small team. Repeated calls to their superiors and HO fell on deaf ears. Their supervisor kept on assuring that more people are being sent, but no one came till the end. Ultimately even at the age of 60 years - me and my wife had to assist the team in packing the belongings. These could be unloaded only at 2 am. We were fleeced in billing also. They raised a bill for Rs. 28000/- as against a quotation of Rs. 27000/-. The unpacking cost was also not reduced though we did not avail the unpacking services from them after the above mentioned bitter experience.

We made a mistake of trusting Aggarwal packers & movers, didn't open our stuff for another 6-7 months, after receiving it back from them, as they had stored our stuff with them for a year, when we moved to Mysore.
They empitied an almirah, put a Smile sticker on the lock which was broken open by them.
Their little 5' tall manager abused me over the phone, I told him that I'd have buried him had he spoken to me on my face like that.
Various items are missing and they charged us for full journey from Mysore to Banglore, when their truck was soundly parked in Mysore. Even the director, Mukesh Aggarwal didn't solve the problem his little manager started by overcharging us. We only came to know about the missing stuff, when it was too late.
They transferred our cars to Delhi from Mysore and on the way to Mysore from Delhi, whatever stuff was lying in the car was stolen.
Don't trust them, just because they advertise on National TV, as they are equal thiefs like any other truckers and employ utter uneducated personnel, to handle educated customers, who pay lakhs extra for their services, which is worth thousands only by other truckers.

I have a horrible experience when I shifted my car from Dehradun to Pune last year. Side view mirror was smashed, Antenna was broken, every drop of petrol was stolen. With lot of haggles, they deposited Rs 900.00in place of 4500, in my account. I asked them their account number so that I could return this petty amount but they did not repsond.
