Very unprofessional. My stuff went missing. Stuff stolen from my car. Broke a whole lot of crockery . Even after more than two months and chasing them up , they are refusing compensation. I am in touch with their company head of QA , Mr OP Sharma and he totally endorses with the stand taken . Despite mails to him to hear my side of the story he refuses to talk to me and even refuses to escalate the matter , to the owner , DN Agarwal. If you contact them through FB , they will delete your comments and ban you !!

Terrible , unprofessional and thieves. Will break your stuff , steal your stuff and then refuse compensation on flimsy / whimsical grounds. Between the DRS Agarwal Packers and Movers / Agarwal Packers and Movers , both should be avoided like the plague.

I am Naveen Mohan from Mysore. In Bangalore, I had given my vehicle (two wheeler)

Honda Activa, to Mr Yogeesh of HRS Packers and Movers, to transport it from Bangalore

to Mysore. When it reached Mysore, the vehicle had severe damages, with the engine case

broken. But Mr Yogeesh did not accept his mistake and instead blamed on us saying it was

broken earlier only. The repair of damages cost us more than 4000/- in garage.

These guyz specially the manager - Satbir Singh makes a lot of promises but false ones. Dont fall for their marketing gimmick. There is always material short supply and a lot of damages with these guys and they never deliver on their promises specially on the insurance part. Once you pay the full money u will never be able to get hold of Satbir Singh ( 9029084777) again. Very very poor service to the extent of cheating.
