No effort in Agra. Even our locality stray dogs are multiplying like anything . Really sad

Stray animal management is non existent in Agra city. One can find Cows, bulls and dogs every where in plenty. Even on the major artery of the city i.e. MG Road one can find these in plenty. Even the traffic police does nothing about this menace even if the traffic gets affected.
