WE MOST OF SOCIETIES HAS DEMANED NARMADA WATER IN OUR TP47 AREA GIVEN THE LETTER TO MAYOR, SABARMATI MUNICIPAL COUNCILLORS, MUNICIPAL COMMISSIONER, MUNICIPAL OFFICE WEST ZONE BUT YET NO RESPONSE HAS COME WATING FOR SAME.

I live in Shompole Flats near Sindhu Bhawan Sevasamaj Hall, Thaltej. We are being supplied with Narmada Water. We are using R.O. Water Purifier for drinking water, but for bathing and washing the water is being used as supplied. In modern times the entire quantity of domestic water supply should be potable (free from excessive dissolved solids and bacteria etc.). I don't think that in coming even 25 years this will be achieved because as of now there is no thinking in this direction.
Saving-grace, however, is that in Gujarat ultimately things do get set right, quite unlike other states. I would like to complement AMC for the good job being done but speed of materialisation is rather slow and needs to be improved.
