AIRTEL BROADBAND

Airtel - they only want new customers. they dont ask old customers and their complaints. Airtel cheated Rs. 3000/- though i did not use their services. i gave them complaint, instead of solving problem they charged me.....
ZERO RATING FOR SERVICES.......

I was using this service earlier for around 4 to 5 years, Signal is good. Because their signal frequency is very high and if you speak for 30 mins continuously, then phone will get heated up and for sure we will get brain tumour.

Customer service, they are their own boss. There was situation where I demanded to forward to supervisor and they denied and in turn vulgar language was used. Gave complain about it no action taken. You cannot call them more than 5 times a day, if you call more than that, you can no more call them.

Outlets, Its like government office, no proper response, people do work in their own sweet time.

Roaming - They will loot you, don't take it Overseas, you will have write your properties to them for overseas roaming.
