Airtel DTH has satisfactory performance in normal weather conditions. The services completely stop, as soon as droplets of rain start falling. Even a small gust of wind is interpreted by the Airtel system as a thunder and error messages get displayed on the screen. Otherwise the services are good, response to service requests are prompt and tariff is reasonable.
New HD connection installed on Nov 19, 2015; For 7 days not able to view more than 50% channels; Several emails sent to Customer Care, no solution yet; Service personnel are arrogant and insulting; Have asked for refund of money paid and closure of connection; No response to requests.
