Having DTH for more than 4 years. Satisfied with the service

Too many calls regarding HD upgrade even after denial for not up-gradation, Annual subscription taken still channels stop displaying giving information as company had withdrawn the channels. increase in subscription pricing very randomly taken customer as granted

Airtel TV, Sound quality bad; rates are high after one year of subscription as they know we can not move to another service provider

Exhorbitantly increasing the rates witout any notification and adding the channels without taking Customer into confidence and charging more

Airtel digital TV response is good. But, if weather condition is bad, then the channels will go. They should do something for this. The cost seems to be bit high when compared to SUN etc. This can be considered by them. Otherwise okay.
