Internet Service provider.
Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.

Extremely poor and unpredictable service. No action despite repeated complaints and escalations.
Been using them for last 14 years and till Feb 2015 their signal was available at our residence. Since Feb this year there is virtually no signal available inside the house.
Their 3G was better than their 4G service when they came for a demo.

Horrible service provider like any other. Airtel is good in one thing, their staff active in chasing customers offering upgrades of sorts all the time and increasing the tariff with no improvement in bandwidth or quality of service whatsoever. Still I'm with Airtel becoz known devil is better than unknown 'angel' no such in Chennai for now!

I am using internet services from last 10 years. I feel great positive changes in Internet of ghaziabad (2G to 4G). I had traveled the journey of different internet service provider with different speeds. Now I am using Airtel 4G wifi router. It is still not full-filling my whole need, as we are using Maximum services of internet. We need more speed to grow our country. I can say that we are going in right direction of technology but need more and more affords.
