Airtel Noida

I am fed-up of dropped calls and poor speeds on Airtel. The company has done nothing much in my area to improve signal quality. They spend crores on marketing but barely invest in the infrastructure upgrades in spite of several DoT/TRAI directions. The situation has worsened since the implementation of 4G as same towers cannot provide the same distance connectivity as compared to 2G/3G. Unlike other new telecom players like Jio who are actively working on Small Cell Units to expand the coverage, Airtel does not seem interested in doing so. Rather, they are screwing-up current customer base by discontinuing small denomination top-up recharges.

The company seems to be heading towards worsening its services in terms of the complaint redressal.
