Getting disconnection from post paid Mobile / land-line / internet of Airtel is very difficult.After your request for disconnection several executives will try to convince you to continue the service. They will not take any steps to solve your grievances but will promise to look into it which will never happen.If you stood the ground everyday an executive will call you and ask story of your request for disconnection. Meantime you will get a message - " disconnection request cancelled as per your request ". Then subscriber will complain to the customer care where too he will get the same raw deal.Then previous month bill will reach you and the vicious circle will go on. This unethical practice is not unique to AIRTEL. All the Telecom service providers exactly follow the same unethical practice . So TRAI shall discipline them. TRAI shall frame a rule making the disconnection procedure very clear without any ambiguity and ask service provider to print this procedure prominently in their monthly bills. TRAI can also stipulate penalty to the service provider and compensation to the customer for such raw unethical practice.
Airtel already seems to have implemented it's scheme of Internet at cost. A 3G connection of Airtel denies many sites from opening and thus the net neutrality has already been violated by this service provider. The speed of 3G connection is worse than the normal 2G connection which we have experienced a year or two earlier. On one instance, the signal was zero in a busy area like Punjagutta cross roads in Hyderabad for about 20 minutes during peak evening time recently. Very bad performance.
AAVISPay on 12 Dec till date does not respond. This is only a method of cheating public Rs250/-

Most undependable where its network communication towers are not available. Call drops are very frequent and we have to pay for it. Even prepaid wifi connection messages are sent charges will be levied at.08/kb when 3GB unlimited@Rs455/- paid on 10 Jan for 28 days. How can I counter ignoramous executives. Previously I had 3G unlimited connection where excess charges were levied so I closed and changed to prepaid but my troubles seems there is no end.
Internet Service provider. Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.
Airtel Services is one of the service providers at a huge cost to consumer.They deduct and play with customers' balances as they please. They remain hidden and never come out for contact. If you try and contact also, the staff reply and behaviour are terribly bad. This is one company which lives on publicity and goes on deceiving the customer. One should never involve with them. You can never get any guidance from them, except taking away your money.
