Very Pathetic signal quality be it 2g or 3g or 4g ever since they removed their site from the Suncity Market terrace.Good opportunity for new entrant like Jio as airtel seems to be least bothered inspite of repeated complaints

Most pathetic service provider in Nirvana. There is no apparent reason with airtel why the speed alters in one single day. sometimes the WiFi disappears on its own.
we are seriously looking for an alternative .

Airtel mobile services in our area is pathetic . We consider lucky if we can talk from our home mostly there are call drops to the extent of 60-70% . We complained several times but airtel is s big that they don't care .
I am awaiting for reliance jio to start porting and I will try them .
Overall rating s 2* on scale of 5.

Airtel 4 G dongle was advertised with much fanfare. Since 4 months since quota of 10GB is exhausted in 12 days,\. 1.5 Gb disappears even before U start. Swindling the public, but the govt. and TRAI is doing nothing.All calls made to and from Airtel...one can hear nothing.Will these rascals rob us forever?

While using iPad lots of ads and scheme come up . One such free Samsung 6 was awarded and money Rs250/- was to be transferred which wanted me to transfer the funds thro' mobile then I did transfer to 9989922422 and the funds were not realisable hence I moved to 9849110898 whereupon they realised the money and kept quiet without forwarding promised Samsung6

Trying to promote 4G, when even 2G & 3G services are pathetic, esp since 3 weeks, inspite of repeated complaints. Frequent disconnections in the middle of doing something serious like bank /credit card transactions.

Airtel Services is one of the service providers at a huge cost to consumer.They deduct and play with customers' balances as they please. They remain hidden and never come out for contact. If you try and contact also, the staff reply and behaviour are terribly bad. This is one company which lives on publicity and goes on deceiving the customer. One should never involve with them.
You can never get any guidance from them, except taking away your money.
