THE WAY AIRTEL HANDLES OUR COMPLAINTS, MAKES US FEEL THAT "THEY DONT CARE ". THIS IS MAINLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS ARE VERY WEAK AND ARE FULL OF LOOPHOLES. IF WE SOMPLAIN ABOUT AIRTEL, I DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER TO FALL BACK UPON...!!!... THAT IS THE TRAGEDY. IN FACT, I HAVE PORTED TO AIRTEL FROM BSNL AFTER I FOUND THAT I AM ABLE TO SPEAK ON MY MOBILE WITH A BSNL SIM CARD " FROM ONLY ONE CORNER OF MY FLAT "..!!..
HOPE RELIANCE JIO IS ABLE TO "SHAKE UP" THESE SLEEPY JOHNS AND BRING SOME "MOJO" INTO MOBILE AND DATA NETWORKS...!!!...

AIRTEL at Saket etc Very Poor Network Lots of dropped calls Data service very poor Complaints do not help much. Taking advantage of leadership and weak competition.

Rouges . no signal connectivity inside house at GH 14, GH 13 and GH 12. call drops 99 %. Have corresponded with the highest level. No solution till today.
