The rate is quite high. Even if you call to their customer cell, only one songs comes about 8 to 10 minutes to attend after forwarding the customer executive and for this we are charged for such duration for fault of us. The customer complaints is not taken so seriously and delay to restore the connection even days takes. I am experienced twice when the cyclone/flood hit in chennai in 2015, my connection was totally cut including the phone connection and broad band line. On every complaint the promise that it will restore with 24 to 48 hours but it took 22 days to restore my connection and that too very frequently the data line were missing when you are in the peak of bank transaction or with some important trading activities etc. The same way December 2016 my broad band line was totally cut and the landline was totally dead from the last week of November. They could solve the issue after a month and came to operation around 12th of January/2017. I have informed them that I will not pay the bill they generated for the month of December/2016 and after a long correspondences they have waived the bill. The present service is not that satisfactory as it was. They were very prompt attend the complaint and now they are delaying indefinite period. Overall their performance is totally down and I am not satisfied

I had taken connection in Feb 2016. It was lousy. After few weeks of complaint Airtel has aligned the antenna and now I am getting 4G. I have TATA Broadband for last 16 years. Once my subscription of TATA completes I shall move that over to Airtel.

Though the connectivity is good, their behavior and unfriendly attitude make people sad. They bent upon in fleeing money from people in all ways. Charges are high. Try to dupe customers in calls counts, in changing the tariff patter, giving additional benefits etc ...in all ways. Needs to be screwed.

SPEED... NOT BAD. BUT VERY FREQUENTLY THE CONNECTION IS DOWN. IN RESPECT OF AIRTEL BROAD BAND THE NET CONNECTION GOES OUT VERY FREQUENTLY AND THE WORK ON THE PC HAMPERED. FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ARE OUT. MAKES OUR LIFE MISSERABLE.
