hawkers are called street venders.they become stationary on main roads,whereas they are given the permission for wandering into streets to facilitate kids,old persons, physically unfit , patients, single living female etc. they should not be allowed to roam on main roads i.e.they should be allowed to cross the main roads and traffic circles only. stationary condition (time) should be regulated and there should be a fine for stationary situation street vender for more than certain minutes at one place.

Hawkers create dirt near Ana sagar the only lake in town; throw muck n also pee n shit in the morning.Buses park nearby at ni n the bus persons also miuse the lake
