poor maintenance. stinking and feel ashamed when female members pass through it or stand near shops where toilets are near by to it. we should think as we feel proud to be one of the descendants of world oldest civilization and preach ethics and values in world. male find in whole city passing urine where ever they like. if females can control why not males. males should think what image female have for them. think twice. for govt please give to agencies or ngo who can manage public toilets taking little fees from customers who are really happy to give it instead of taking the pressure
