While I do not taking the loan for Mobil Phone, I am going Show Room Bhayender (E) Digi1 with my friend 6 November 2016 and one other person i don't No who is all the required documents including the ECS mandate form was submitted; And we attend call Capital First but the price is very high Rs 50000/ then move the store and come back my house. And I for got to bring My fill up form and i call just Digi1 but the person said any body give the down payment and take the Mobil. i am shocking and after 2 day we go to Digi1 for the collect the form but Manager said No your fill up form is not here, I said last 2 days i am coming with my friend he said yes i know but your form is not here. he said SMS that ECS is rejected by Bank and your form is not here.. I don't know this. And come back my house. But next day we go our bank and stop the ECS the Bank person said OK. your ECS is stop, in the first month of EMI and all of a sudden from month the EMI ECS started; And January 7 or 8 the recovery person is coming to my home I had tell i am not perches any phone he said your document is submitted and you received the call i said yes, he said how can you tell me you not parches any phone. I said i am going with my friend and one other person but not perches the amount is high. i come back my house. He said OK..And he go out in my house. February/March / April continuous we revived call Capital first and take instruction and 4 time i am going this that shop Digi1 and talking to with Manager but he not responds me. and after all i am sitting my house. But the Ending year 2016 the month October rs. 2778 cut my account and i am going to our bank and talk the bank person he said after 9 month how can deduct the ECS.? I said i stop this ECS he said yes. I said so i how can this amount is deduct my account hi said please write the letter and i had bin stop this again. Just I am write letter and submitted. He said that good go . After this Month November 2 time ECS Deduct my account, And I am going my Bank he said i am not responsible talk to the MANAGER i am talking to manager he said this amount direct deduct RBI. I had been received many Call last one month; the customer service officer is just trying to fool around and wasting time in responding to the complaint instead just trying to move around the complaint even though copy of bank statements provided for reference. Please be careful while dealing with them for any loans as the documents submitted while applying are not been taken proper care and when you complaint for any discrepancy the issue is taken around instead of attending to it. As of now my complaint is just being thrown back and forth with same queries being asked every time..
