I AM AGREE WITH ANSARI JI. Coach dispaly should be made complusary for all the railway stations in India. I am not able to understand-why this simple but most important job for indian raiway.

Coach dislay is neglected for most of the railway stations.
Akkalkot road station the station serves swami samartha temple and shani temple yet husainsagar dadar chennai superfast karnataka expreess rajkot hyderabad express basava express coimbtore express 6331/32, 6335/36, 6339/40 do not stop . inconvenience
BRAHMAPUR (BAM) RAILWAY STATION IN ODISHA SHOULD HAVE DISPLAY BOARD ON ALL PLATFORMS SHOWING COACH NO FROM ENGINE TO LAST BOOGIE. AND PORTER ARE DEMANDING HEAVY CHARGES FROM THE PASSENGERS. SO WE WANT THE EAST COAST RAILWAY DIVISIONAL RAILWAY MANAGER AND STATION MASTER OF BRAHMAPUR RAILWAY STATION SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THESE THING AND SHOULD TRY TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION.
Delhi Cantt. Station needs urgent upgradation. Urgent is putting of display boards on all platform showing coach number from Engine. Long distance travelers with luggage & children find it very difficult to locate coach before arrival of train.
There is a need to provide escalators and also travelators(level escalators) like airports on priority at all railway terminals in Delhi particularly at Hazrat Nizammudin and New Delhi Railway Stations which handles the bulk of traffic including premium trains like Gatiman,Rajdhani and Shatabdis,beside multiple entry points to avoid confusion and long wait for scanning of baggage.
If GOI has any will power, they should take initiative to eradicate all the rats from all railway compartments and wagons. Food corporation of India getting more and more rats from wagons. RATS are eating and spoiling more that 50% food stocked in FCI go downs as well as carried in Railway wagon. Railway works as the nursery for supplying rats to FCI. Please innovate and find out methodology for getting rid of rats from FCI, Wagons and Passenger compartments
they operated one Subidha express on 16th Oct, which was totally mismanaged. Platform to board was fixed only 20 min before the departure time. there was hardly any pantry car facility though they were overflowing with their inventory of food cereals. bathrooms were not fitted with soap bottle. we were not served food on the first night. only 2*300 ml of water was served. it was also not told no more would be given. there was no wi-fi to connect irctc. Call center nos were not displayed. before Vijaywada station the train was stalled IR and 5 trains were given go ahead. in the rest of the way Subidha Express was screaming for clearence....the train was late by 3-15hrs at Santragachi. IRCTC provides cab at Howrah station, but they do not provide cab at their satellite station, 7 km away by road. irctc has charged Rs 2000 extra and the had earned extra out of our cancellations in other trains. now they should refund us the extra amount for the Asubidha they had created providing all BER bogies in Subidha express.

TRAINS COMING FROM MANGALORE SIDE INVARIABLY ARRIVE ONLY ON PLAT FORM NO.3. TO GO TO PLAT FORM NO.3 FROM THE STATION MAIN ENTRANCE IS A HERCULEAN TASK ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY AND DIFFABLED PASSENGERS. THERE ARE A HUGE FLIGHT OF STEPS WHICH HAVE TO BE CROSSED BEFORE REACHING THE PLATFORM. EVEN IF YOU TRY TO USE THE BACK ENTRANCE OF THE STATION TO GO TO PLAT FORM NO.3 THE TASK IS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT SINCE THERE ARE NO PORTERS. IT IS A TOUGH TASK FOR THE ELDERLY AND LADIES TO CLIMB THE STAIRS AND REACH THE PLATFORM WITH THE HEAVY LUGGAGE IN HAND. HENCE THE RAILWAYS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY INTRODUCE ESCALATORS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PASSENGERS. THEY SHOULD ALSO ENSURE THAT THE ESCALATORS ARE IN WORKING CONDITION.
The worst condition of railway station ever seen. No display boards and no standard food available. People need to run from one end of the station to the other end owing to no officials for information . Need urgent upgradation or stop treating this one as an originating station if basic things cannot be catered to. Stop investing just on New Delhi railway station

I travelled by Jammu Rajdhani , Train No 12426, PNR Non2427331542 boarded the train at Pathankot Cantt Railway Station Coach B-4 Seat No 25. Condition of the coach was very poor. Toilets were stinking and dirty. There was no light in one of the Toilet & reported this matter to the TTE of the Coach but there was no action. Food was not up to the mark. I had given the option of Non-Veg food while booking the ticket through IRCTC but the attendant bluntly told me that Non - Veg is not available. Rjadhani Train once used to be a premium train with good quality of Food but food served on the particular day was not upto the standard.
