One always thinks that buying through Amazon is cheaper and also has the convenience of home delivery. In reality, if one is not buying in a deal, even if you want to buy products of about Rs 1000 value (say 2 packs of Revlon Compact ), inclusive of delivery you pay more than the retail price of the product. Moreover, if, for no fault of yours, the product is not delivered (it could be because the delivery boy did not turn up), the system is such that you cannot reach anybody for redressal or get any advice. You simply have to wait till the issue is resolved by somebody's intervention (but you would not know any more) - cause of huge uncertainty.

I have purchased Moto 4G+ smartphone first. I was satisfied. After about two months I purchased its front glass cover and back cover. I was satsfied again. After another four months I purchased its data cable. I have used Amazon.in for limited purchases. I have no complaint.

I can conveniently submit that the ease of product selection,ordering, return and refund is best on Amazon. The product quality is also comparatively far better than others. Customer service is prompt and solves the genuine concerns most of the times.
