Sellers need to be instructed. I got a defective piece of remote for 17" LCD and no reply from the seller till date! Otherwise the supplies and time limits are excellent.

Amazon is receptive, quick and has supplied good product to me. However there is a recent complaint that the hike the retail price and show as if they are offering discount on the prices.

There service has been very reliable. I have ordered many things on them for delivery, however, I must admit that I have never ordered any food stuff or processed food.

I am very happy with Amazon India. Their quality standards are very good and their customer-centred philosophy is worthy of emulation by all other e-commerce sites. My wish list for improvements are:
1) Try to send all the items ordered in one or two packages instead of splitting into many, which reach us on different days.
2) Try to integrate Amazon Now also into the desktop website in addition to its present availability as a smartphone app. Also try for better integration of the stock levels of the items offered so that the frequent issues of non-delivery of the ordered items and quantities does not happen. Also, increase the availability of the delivery personnel so that Amazon Now delivery becomes truly available in 2 hours.
