I ordered a Mobile Phone Cover costing Rs 180/-. The Product supplied was not as per the order. If I had to return it, it must be packed in "Specific Way". That packing would have cost me more than the paid amount, so I gave up the money.
Amazon then asked me to write a review on the product and I wrote, what is stated above.
The problem starts here,
Amazon informed me that they could not post my comment and asked me to review the same.
I informed them that I stick with my original comment.
Again after few days, they asked me to give my comments about the product and I repeated the same comment.
This time also they informed me that my comment can not be posted due to one/ some of the reasons in their guidelines.
I checked the guidelines and I had not violated any of them. The only point was that it was an adverse comment, which will tarnish their reputation.
I was under the impression, the company wants to improve their procedures, but there is nothing of that sorts. In short, they want only good reviews and then they will say that their service gets 4.XXX grade out of possible five. Obviously, they will get good grade if they donot post the bad grades.
I want the readers of these pages to know, how these services get good grades. You can make your own decisions based on this information.
